I’m Megan Naicker, ACCA & Founder of One80 Consulting.
One80 Consulting was founded with a simple vision to help businesses transform challenges into opportunities through trusted advice, strategic thinking and practical solutions.
The name One80 represents transformation a complete turnaround. It reflects my belief that with the right guidance, every business has the potential to improve, grow and achieve lasting success.
My passion for business began long before One80 Consulting. In 2021, I founded One80 Photography, building a business from the ground up while balancing my academic and professional journey. As an entrepreneur, I understand the realities of running a business and the uncertainty of starting out, the importance of building strong client relationships, managing finances, pricing services and creating systems that support long-term growth.
This first-hand experience allows me to understand my clients beyond the numbers. I know the challenges business owners face because I have experienced many of them myself.
Academically, I earned both my Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Postgraduate Diploma in Specialised Accountancy (ACCA Route) from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits University) before becoming a proud member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
I then completed my professional articles at a Big Four audit firm, where I developed expertise in audit, financial reporting, governance, risk management, internal controls, and business advisory. Working with businesses across a wide range of industries provided valuable insight into how successful organisations operate, manage risk and create sustainable value.
Today, One80 Consulting combines these two worlds: the technical excellence developed through professional training and the practical understanding gained from building and running a business.
